Since a young age, Executive Chef Sean St. Clair had always envisioned owning and operating his own restaurant. In November of 2014 that vision became a reality. With his wife Alison by his side, the two have come to bring the feel of "downtown fine dining" to Lake County.
Chef St. Clair's inspiration for his menu reflects the idea of nouvelle cuisine: lighter, more delicate dishes with an increased emphasis on presentation and flavor.
